Mick Moloney: (b. November 15, 1944-July 27, 2022) was a traditional Irish musician and scholar. Born in Limerick, County Limerick, he was an important figure on the Dublin folk-song revival in the 1960s. Moloney was a member of the Irish folk band The Johnstons from 1967 to 1971. In 1973, he moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. |
