I wanted to express in a superimposed manner, three tensions which are only one deep within us: the individual tension of surpassing oneself, the community tension towards the ideal society, the universal tension towards the Absolute, the 'Infinite, God. Then, I tried to evoke, as in a dream, this perfect harmony; we must immodestly glimpse it (poor relative beings that we are) to find the clear water which gives us the strength to move forward.
